Vibes Token Policy

This Token Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Vibes (“Tokens”) within Stereobox.ai (“Platform”), operated by
Itmex Solutions LTD, Office 6364,
Office 15249, 182-184 High Street, North East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA. By purchasing or using Vibes, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Vibes
1.1 Definition
Vibes (“Tokens”) are virtual credits that function as a unit of access within the Platform. They enable you to unlock specific features, services, and functionality, such as voice generation outputs. Vibes exist solely within Stereobox.ai and are linked to your individual account.
1.2 Intellectual Property & Ownership
When you acquire Vibes, you do not gain ownership of any underlying intellectual property or system used to operate the Platform. All rights in and to the Platform remain the property of
Itmex Solutions LTD. Vibes represent a limited license right granted to you, not personal property.
1.3 No Monetary Value
Vibes are not currency, securities, or financial instruments. They do not carry any real-world monetary value, cannot be used as legal tender, and are not exchangeable for fiat currency (such as GBP, EUR, or USD) or cryptocurrencies.
1.4 Non-Transferability
Vibes may only be used by the account that purchased or was allocated them. You may not sell, resell, trade, gift, or transfer Vibes to another user or account, unless we expressly provide a feature for doing so. Any unauthorized attempt to transfer or resell Vibes may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1.5 License to Use
When you purchase or otherwise receive Vibes, you are granted a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely within the Platform and in accordance with this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1.6 No Guarantees of Availability
The availability of Vibes does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted access to Platform services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Vibes or features accessible through them, at our discretion.
2. Purchasing Vibes
2.1 Availability of Purchases
Vibes can be purchased directly through the Platform using the payment methods we make available (such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other approved processors). The availability of payment options may vary depending on your location, device, or service provider.
2.2 Displayed Pricing
The price of Vibes will always be clearly displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices are set by
Itmex Solutions LTD and may vary depending on:
• Regional differences and currency exchange rates.
• Applicable sales taxes or value-added tax (VAT).
• Promotional offers or special discounts.
2.3 Finality of Purchase
All Vibes purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where required by Applicable Law (such as consumer protection regulations). By purchasing Vibes, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund if you choose not to use them.
2.4 Taxes and Fees
Prices for Vibes may include applicable taxes. Where not included, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) will be added at checkout and clearly disclosed before payment. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and fees that may apply to your purchase.
2.5 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any purchase of Vibes if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, chargebacks, or violation of this Policy. In such cases, we may suspend or terminate the associated account.
2.6 No Circumvention
You may not attempt to obtain Vibes through unauthorized means, such as using stolen payment information, exploiting system errors, or manipulating promotions. Any such activity may result in loss of access to Vibes, suspension of your account, and potential legal action.
2.7 Vibes Packs & Pricing
The following Packs are currently offered (prices shown in EUR).
Each Pack includes the listed Vibes allocation and may include additional features or benefits:
• Freestyle Pack – A flexible pack where you can select a custom amount of Vibes. The effective price per Vibe decreases as the purchased amount increases.
• Overture Pack – 33,000 Vibes for €60. Includes a +10% bonus allocation.
• Harmony Pack – 115,000 Vibes for €100. Includes a +15% bonus allocation and access to Custom Prompt Guidance.
• Rhapsody Pack – 300,000 Vibes for €250. Includes a +20% bonus allocation, Custom Prompt Guidance, and Always-on Assistance.
• Symphony Pack – 625,000 Vibes for €500. Includes a +25% bonus allocation, Custom Prompt Guidance, Always-on Assistance, Beta Program Invitations, Project Review Sessions, and a Dedicated Account Manager.
Notes:
• Pack availability, names, allocations, benefits, and prices may be updated from time to time.
• Additional features included with Packs (such as Prompt Guidance, Assistance, or Account Management) are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.
• The details presented at checkout are the governing terms for each purchase.
• From time to time, promotional or bonus Vibes may be offered in connection with Packs; any such bonuses will be shown at checkout and may be subject to expiration (see Section 3.3).
3. Use of Vibes
3.1 Permitted Uses
Vibes may only be used to:
• Access voice generation features.
• Unlock additional services, tools, or enhancements as made available on the Platform.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not:
• Circumvent the intended functionality of the Platform or abuse system mechanics.
• Purchase, sell, or exchange Vibes outside of the Platform or attempt to “cash out.”
• Transfer Vibes between accounts, unless expressly permitted by us.
• Engage in unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
3.3 Expiration and Validity
• Some Vibes may be issued with an expiration date (e.g., promotional allocations, bonus Vibes, or limited-time offers). Expiration details will be communicated at the time of issuance.
• Purchased Vibes may remain valid indefinitely, unless otherwise specified in your plan or unless your account is terminated.
• Expired Vibes cannot be reissued, refunded, or exchanged.
3.4 Platform Changes
We reserve the right to:
• Add new features or services that can be unlocked with Vibes.
• Discontinue features that were previously available in exchange for Vibes.
• Adjust the “cost” of features in terms of required Vibes.
3.5 Non-Redeemable
Vibes have no cash value. They cannot be converted into real money, cryptocurrencies, credits, or refunds. Attempting to do so violates this Policy and may result in forfeiture of your Vibes and/or suspension of your account.
4. Account & Balance Management
4.1 Balance
Your current Vibes balance will be displayed in your account dashboard. Balances are updated in real time after purchases or deductions, though minor delays may occur due to system processing or payment verification.
4.2 Single Account Restriction
Vibes are tied exclusively to the account through which they were purchased or allocated. You may not consolidate balances across multiple accounts or transfer Vibes between users, unless expressly permitted by us.
4.3 Account Termination or Suspension
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms or this Policy:
• Any unused Vibes in your account will be forfeited without refund or compensation.
• Access to your account and Vibes balance will immediately cease.
• We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from such forfeiture.
4.4 Inactive Accounts
If your account remains inactive for an extended period (e.g., more than 12 months), we may, at our discretion, reduce, suspend, or remove your remaining Vibes balance. Where legally required, we may attempt to notify you before doing so.
4.5 Errors in Balances
If a technical or accounting error occurs that credits or debits your Vibes balance incorrectly:
• We reserve the right to correct the error, including reversing Vibes that were mistakenly allocated.
• You agree not to exploit or use erroneously credited Vibes. Doing so may result in forfeiture of your account balance and potential suspension.
4.6 No Cash Redemption
Unused Vibes cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged, or converted into any form of real-world currency or assets.
5. Fraud & Misuse
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
You may not acquire, use, or attempt to use Vibes in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates this Policy or our Terms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Purchasing Vibes with stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using bots, scripts, exploits, or automated systems to generate, redeem, or spend Vibes.
• Manipulating promotions, referral programs, or technical loopholes to gain unauthorized Vibes.
• Attempting to sell, trade, gift, or exchange Vibes outside the Platform.
• Engaging in deceptive or misleading practices to obtain or misuse Vibes.
5.2 Monitoring & Investigation
We actively monitor for suspicious activity and reserve the right to investigate any transaction or account activity that appears unusual or inconsistent with normal use of the Platform.
5.3 Consequences of Misuse
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity involving Vibes, we may take one or more of the following actions:
• Immediate forfeiture of affected Vibes.
• Suspension or termination of your account.
• Cancellation of transactions or reversal of Vibes allocations.
• Restriction of your ability to purchase or use Vibes in the future.
5.4 Legal Action
Fraudulent or abusive activity may also result in referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to pursue civil, criminal, or administrative remedies to recover damages and costs associated with misuse.
5.5 No Liability for Losses
We are not responsible for losses arising from fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or misuse of your account where such activity results from your failure to secure your account credentials.
6. Changes to Vibes System
6.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right, at any time and without liability to you, to modify, adjust, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Vibes system. This includes but is not limited to:
• The pricing and cost of Vibes.
• The number of Vibes required to access specific features.
• The availability or scope of features that may be unlocked using Vibes.
• The methods through which Vibes can be purchased or redeemed.
6.2 Discontinuation
If we decide to permanently discontinue the Vibes system:
• We may, at our discretion, provide notice via the Platform or email.
• We are under no obligation to provide refunds, exchanges, or compensation for unused Vibes, except where required by Applicable Law.
6.3 Notice of Changes
Where significant changes are made to the Vibes system, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, email, or other communication methods. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
